Kansas Judicial Branch - ADR Department

The Courts in Kansas require mediators to have minimum levels of training in order to be recognized to the court's rosters, as outlined in Kansas Supreme Court Rule 902. For more information, please click here.

Heartland Dispute Resolution Association

The Heartland Dispute Resolution Association (HDRA) is a not-for-profit organization, that brings together individuals in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and surrounding states who share a common interest in mediation as an alternate form of dispute resolution.
